Founded by lifelong friends Arturo Pino and Jorge Kasabdji, REID Advisors was built on a shared passion for real estate investment and development. Growing up in South Florida, Arturo and Jorge were surrounded by the world of real estate and construction, which naturally led them to pursue careers in the industry.

Jorge earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from FIU, mastering the art of financial strategy and investment analysis, while Arturo became a licensed real estate broker, developing a keen eye for market trends and deal-making. Together, they launched REID Advisors to create a business rooted in integrity, expertise, and exceptional service.

Their journey began with house flipping, leveraging their in-house general contracting company, PIKA, to renovate properties efficiently and cost-effectively. Their ability to identify undervalued properties, apply high-end design and construction, and execute top-tier marketing strategies turned them into industry experts. Over time, they expanded their focus, working with investors to build profitable real estate portfolios.

With over eight years of experience in the real estate industry and more than two decades of calling South Florida home, Arturo Pino brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. His career began at a distinguished local boutique firm, where he quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in the market.

In 2021, Arturo earned his broker license, further solidifying his commitment to excellence in the field. He also expanded his financial acumen by completing several investment courses in securities, bonds, and real estate at the prestigious Wharton School of Business. This advanced education allows him to provide clients with strategic insights into market trends and investment opportunities.

JORGE KASABDJI

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Jorge Kasabdji has established himself as a prominent figure in South Florida's dynamic market. His journey began with his family's company, which has a rich legacy of over 35 years in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including hotels, office buildings, multifamily residences, and retail spaces. This early exposure provided Jorge with a solid foundation in the intricacies of real estate operations and investment.
